Weddings 

I will send out my wedding t’s&c’s in your quote email but here is a sample of the terms.

Delivery is £1 per mile there and back from KQ Farm, LS14 3AE
Minimum spend of £500 if delivering to and arranging at the venue
£75 non refundable deposit is required to save the date, deducted from the final bill
Remaining balance is payable 4 weeks before the wedding date by bank transfer
A damage deposit of £100 is payable along with the remaining balance, loss / damage / breakages charged at £30 per vase, £20 per large bottle, £10 per jar / small bottle, remainder of the deposit is returned within 7 days of collection of all items 
Cancellation up to 14 days before wedding date is charged at 25%, up to 7 days at 50%, up to 2 days at 75%, less than 48 hours at 100%
Specific flowers cannot be guaranteed as they may not be in bloom but I will do my very best to match your requested colour scheme with seasonally available flowers
If I have to source flowers from elsewhere, they will be from other growers in the Flowers from the Farm network within my area unless otherwise agreed
